The complaint must be made within 12 months of the incident/from the time that the matter came to the notice of the complainant.

When we receive your complaint we will send you confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your complaint within 7 days.
We will then investigate your complaint and invite you in to discuss/resolve your complaint, with 14 days of sending you the conformation.
After discussing your complaint, we will write confirming our final position on your complaint and explaining our reasons.
